After-call Verifications

SECTION 1: Individual Users

Step 1: Does the information filled-in by the User match the information in the POI document?

This step is carried out following the guidance provided here.‌

Step 2: Follow the AGE OF MAJORITY steps

Step 3: Follow the PROOF OF ADDRESS steps

Step 4: Follow the PEP/SANCTIONS steps

Step 5: Finishing the steps that were not completed during the video-call

During the video call Operators might not have had time to complete the following steps:

  1. SECTION 8 / Step 2: Did the User answer correctly and without hesitation to the questions?

SECTION 2: Institutional Users

Follow the instructions to process institutional Users provided in the CIP cards. Do not forget to repeat SECTION 2 in During-call Verifications above for the registered address of the institution and for the residential address of the beneficial owners.
